Privacy

This site collects as little as it can, and only when you choose to send it. Last updated 24 August 2026.

What we collect

Two forms on this site collect information, and only if you submit them.

• Register your interest — your name, email address, and the city you picked.
• Sponsorship inquiry — your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and details about your organization: its name, years in business, what it offers, and any website or social links you provide.

Both forms also record your IP address and browser user-agent alongside the submission. We use these only to detect and block automated spam.

What we do with it

Submissions are stored in a database on a server we control, and emailed to the SCORE Nebraska volunteers organizing the workshop series. We use your details to reply to you and to tell you when workshop dates, times, and venues are announced for the city you chose.

We do not sell this information, and we do not use it for advertising. It is shared with SCORE Nebraska for the purpose of running these workshops, and with no one else.

Measuring interest in the series

We use a privacy-respecting analytics tool to understand how much interest there is in this series — which cities people look at, which workshops they read about, and how they found us. It records the pages you visit, the site you arrived from, your general location, and the kind of browser and device you are using. It sets a cookie so that coming back a second time is not counted as a second person.

We run this tool ourselves rather than handing your visit to an advertising company. The numbers are seen only by SCORE Nebraska and are used only to plan the series. They are not sold, not shared, and never used to advertise to you. If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal, nothing about your visit is recorded at all.

What this site does not do

• No advertising trackers, and nothing here follows you to other websites.
• No account is created, and there is nothing to log into.

Workshop registration and payment happen on SCORE's own website, not here. Once you follow a "Register" link you are on SCORE's site, under SCORE's privacy policy. Location pages embed a Google Map, and loading it involves a request to Google.

Keeping and deleting

Interest signups are kept until the workshop series in that city has run, then removed. Sponsorship inquiries are kept while the conversation is active and for our records afterwards.

Ask us at any time what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted — email hello@aiadvantageworkshops.org and we will action it.
